Overwatch 2’s Perk system has been one of the most significant changes to have taken place across recent seasons. Players who enjoy this gameplay mechanic can look forward to an exciting change just around the corner, as new Overwatch Perks have just been revealed for the upcoming Season 18!
The Perks gameplay mechanic enables players to unlock and choose one ‘Minor Perk’ and one ‘Major Perk’ for the hero they are playing as the match progresses. This enables fans to lean into their individual playstyle for each hero, as well as gain fun bonuses to their abilities and kits, passives effects, and more.
Alongside this, many Perks seem to be changing or being removed as these new additions come into play. The devs have also confirmed that every hero is set to gain at least one new Perk, so it seems there will be plenty of new possibilities to try out!
A complete breakdown of every new Perk for Overwatch 2 Season 18 so far has been outlined below, including the previous Perks they will be replacing.
